Judiciary

Chair Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring that the Judiciary committee is trained in reading, reviewing, understanding, and interpreting the constitution 

• Overseeing the implementation of new bylaws and constitutional changes into the document

• Meeting with the president to advise as needed

• Ensuring that Robert's Rules is being followed during meetings 

Committee Responsibilities: 

• The overall authority of CUSC to ensure that the representative council is upholding the constitution 

• Chiming in during meetings to determine if a proposal, resolution, amendment or otherwise a motion is unconstitutional and why 

• Holding office hours to meet with clubs 

• Helping representatives learn how to follow and maintain Robert's Rules during meetings
