Grants Process

Grants Specs: Typically more than $500, does not have to be an on-campus event (can be equipment, for example). Grants can be club-specific or members only event. 

1. Go to CLARK ENGAGE, and then proceed to FORMS (on the left side of the website, looks like a bulleted list), and then follow the instructions on the GRANTS REQUEST form

2. You will then receive email confirmation from the Grants committee, and you will schedule a meeting during the Grants meeting time, to explain your grant request in more detail

3. The Grants Committee will deliberate, with you, and format a recommendation to the Student Council on how much to allocate. We have several funds we can take from, and that is a significant part of the Grants deliberation

4. If approved, the Grants committee will present your request with their funding recommendation to Council, and you will receive an email with the information on how to obtain the Grant for spending through SLP (Student Leadership and Programming)
